jose.elcook’s Chipotle Mayo Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 can chipotle peppers in adobo
• 1 Tbsp Honey
• Juice of 1 lime
• 2 oz pineapple
• 1 oz cilantro
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black peppers
• 1 tsp garlic (2-4 cloves)
• 4 oz (1/2 cup) mayo

Instructions

1. Blend everything except the mayo on high speed until smooth
2. Add mayo and combine on low speed.
