White Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 ounce plymouth gin
• 1 ounce lillet blanc
• 1 ounce suze

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients with ice and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
