Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 ounce plymouth gin
• 1 ounce sweet vermouth
• 1 ounce Campari

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients with ice and stir until chilled.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed grapefruit peel.
