Japanese Cocktail

Ingredients

• 2 ounces cognac
• 1/2 ounce orgeat
• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with an expressed lemon peel.
